Joint Call 5 (2011)

In the 5th call “Sustainable forest management and optimised use of lignocellulosic resources” (call-text) the European Research Area Networks (ERA-Nets) WoodWisdom-Net 2 and ERA-NET Bioenergy joined forces to promote innovative research and cooperation to help optimise the use of trees and forests.
Thirteen countries participated with their national programmes: Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom. In the end the following 13 projects were funded for a total budget of 13.7 million euro. Presentations about the results were held at the final seminar in Hanover, Nov 11th 2014.
